It is easy to schedule an appointment when it is convenient for me, and they provide just the right mix of services that I need. This week I had the window frames and sills cleaned as well as the exterior windows. Everything looks clean and bright!

The gentleman who I spoke to was genuinely concerned that I wasn’t 100% satisfied. He made arrangements immediately to have someone come back and fix the problem. Today Johnny came and did an amazing job on my windows and they look great!!!! Their customer service is excellent and I will be using them again!!!!! Thank you Window Genie.
