She acted like she cared about securing me as a customer. Scott promptly came out for a bid, and I received an emailed summary of costs for gutter clearing and exterior and interior window cleaning. The pricing was reasonable. Mike and Chase did exceptional work cleaning the guttering and downspouts and polishing the exterior and interior windows. Each person at Window Genie was professional and thorough. I will gladly do business with this company again based on the quality of their work.

They charged $40 more than the guy who no showed me, and $30 more than the guy I don’t know from Adam who knocked on my door offering gutter cleaning while my family had dinner. But when I called them, THEY ANSWERED THE DAWGONE PHONE! They were personable and communicative! They were chatty and fun but professional from the appointment setup to the actual visit to do the work. They offered to take before and after photos before I could ask, and they did their very best to clear out my downspouts without extra labor and cost. They offered a relatively gentle upsell on window washing which was out of my budget, but they knew better than to be pushy and aggressive about it. I’m so glad my completely full gutters are empty now. I’m confident I’ll be able to keep them maintained with my own pressure washer from this point, but I will check this time next year and if I need some extra help I will 100% be calling window genie again.

He did a terrific job including going back over places that needed touch ups and pointing out to me a nearly invisible (to me!) streak in our window tint. Something which is still under warranty so you can imagine how much I appreciated that information just months from when our one year warranty expires. I highly recommend Window Genie. BTW I used them to hang our Christmas lights last year and will do so again this year.
